As of press time, the rules were still on hold. Representation Matters By CV Garcia A SWE analysis of ASEE data shows that a boost in the number of women serving as faculty in STEM disciplines can increase the number of women graduating with STEM degrees. Lessons in Leadership By Roberta Rincon, Ph.D. One engineering membership organization wondered why it organically developed such a high number of women in leadership positions. The answers are the types of support that all employees and volunteers might appreciate.
